Refunds and Returns
You have 75 calendar days to claim refund for any unused fee credit points from the date you purchased them by sending an email to admin@ataleek.pk with complete purchase details.
To be eligible for a refund, your fee credit points must not be consumed (fee credit point consumption is calculated on daily prorated basis).
In case you have consumed fee credit points in an online purchase from ataleek.com and you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, you are required to raise refund claim via email to admin@ataleek.pk within 24-hours of consuming the fee credit points. For all the queries raised within 24-hours no questions will be asked and your account will be credited with claimed and verified fee credit points.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, it will be verified and approved within three working days.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or your payment method.
